Before You Begin

Set aside dedicated time for one final conversation as a team. Bring the work you completed throughout Dream, Discover, Design, and Deploy.

This conversation is an opportunity to look across the entire journey before deciding what comes next. You are not trying to resolve every unfinished question. You are paying attention to what has changed, what remains significant, and what you want to carry forward together.

Open your time in prayer, asking the Holy Spirit to help you recognize what has become clearer and discern where your attention is needed next.

Look Back Together

Go around the room and invite each person to share:

  • What do you see now that you could not see when we began?

  • What part of the journey most significantly shaped your thinking?

  • What question are you still carrying?

  • Where do you sense the greatest opportunity for us moving forward?

Allow each person to share before moving into discussion.

Discern What Comes Next

Looking across all four phases, reflect together:

  • Where have we experienced the greatest clarity?

  • What remains unresolved?

  • Is there a phase we need to return to or spend more time within?

  • Where are we most tempted to rush, shortcut, or move ahead before we are ready?

  • What work have we begun that now needs to continue?

  • What feels like the most important next step for us?

The goal is not to create a comprehensive change plan. Identify where your attention is most needed now.

Capture What Matters

Complete these statements together:

  • We now see...

  • We still need to learn...

  • We need to keep exploring...

  • Our next faithful step is...

Before You Finish

Name one posture or practice from the All Change journey that you want to protect as a team.

Complete the sentence:

As we continue leading change together, we want to remain committed to...

Decide when you will return to the work. That may mean revisiting one of the four phases, reflecting on a prototype, continuing to explore a design opportunity, or evaluating what you are learning through deployment.

Close your time together in prayer. Thank God for what has become clearer, entrust what remains unresolved to him, and ask for wisdom and courage for the work ahead.

The All Change course may be ending. The journey of learning, discerning, and leading change together continues.
