The Innovation Lab gathers 15–30 leaders for six months of deep formation, kingdom imagination, shared discovery, and real-world implementation. Through a reverse classroom model, participants engage with content between coaching sessions and bring their lived questions to the room—creating space for deep exploration, interactive learning, and genuine breakthrough rather than information transfer alone.
This experience is designed to be an inhabited and practical journey of transformational change for both the leader and the organization.
