The ALL CHANGE course is a Christian leadership course that takes your team through Dream, Discover, Design, and Deploy, a biblical change framework drawn from the life and ministry of Jesus. It’s five modules and 13 lessons, built to be done together.

Four teaching sessions: each phase opens with a short teaching built around one Big Question. Each session comes with reflection questions to answer before you meet.

Practice canvases: printable worksheets that turn each phase into action. They are the Kingdom Horizon Canvas, Learning Prototype Canvas, Design Alignment Canvas, and Deployment Canvas.

Guided team conversations: printable discussion guides that help your leadership team listen, discern, and agree on next steps.

“What’s Next” session: look back across the whole journey and decide where your team’s attention is needed next.

  • It depends on your team’s pace. Each phase includes a teaching, a canvas, and a team conversation, and the conversations work best in dedicated time outside your regular meetings. Many teams give each phase 2–3 weeks, but you can move faster or slower.

  • No, but it’s designed for that. You can watch the teachings and complete the canvases on your own, then bring your core group together for the conversations.

  • Yes. One $49 purchase covers your leadership team.

  • Each one is a PDF you can print or fill in digitally. Complete them on your own first, then bring your notes to the team conversation.

  • The course follows the same four-phase framework as ALL CHANGE by Rich Robinson. The book goes deeper into the why; the course helps your team put it into practice. You don’t need the book to start.
