DEPLOY

/dɪˈplɔɪ/
“to mobilize something or someone, especially in order to achieve a particular effect” ‍

PROBLEM

Instead of being a people movement that multiplies and scales, the Western church is often a centrally managed and staff- driven institution that seeks to maintain its survival instead of embracing its commissioning.

We tend to produce consumers, manage volunteers, and organize gatherings rather than actively forming and mobilizing disciples to fulfill the Great Commission.

PROCESS

Move from a centrally driven institution to a generative people movement.

PRIZE

Catalyze deep and lasting kingdom transformation that sustains and scales to multiple generations.
